fsl-neurosynth-atlas

neurosynth - atlas for use with FSL, all 525 terms

NeuroSynth is a platform for large-scale, automated synthesis of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data extracted from published articles.

This package provides an atlas for use with FSL (and FSLview in particular) containing prior and posterior probabilities expressed as z-scores of relevance of corresponding terms to any given brain location. Statistical maps should correspond to the one currently found on http://beta.neurosynth.org. All 525 terms are included.

Disclaimer: this atlas is not a part of official FSL distribution and at the moment requires patched fslview (available in NeuroDebian) for correct visualization.
