data analysis framework for intra- and extra-cellular recordings

This software aims to simplify data and analysis sharing for intra- and extra-cellular recordings. It supports time frequency plots, spike detection, spike rate calculation, and analysis of phase locked signals.

Data handling and storage utilizes a MySQL database, allowing to handle large amounts of data easily and efficiently. Therefore, a MySQL server running locally or on a remote machine is required.

This package provides the OpenElectrophy Python module.
