brain parcellations based on resting state connectivity


A collection of parcellations based on resting-state functional connectivity as measured with fMRI. Four parcellations of particular cortical regions are available:

  • Parietal cortex Mars et al. (2011). Diffusion-Weighted Imaging Tractography-Based Parcellation of the Human Parietal Cortex and Comparison with Human and Macaque Resting-State Functional Connectivity. The Journal of Neuroscience, 31, 4087-4100.
